Ibero Real Estate Currently Utilizes A Number Of Outlets As Part Of Our Marketing Plan, Focusing A Majority Of Our Efforts On Web-Based Advertising.

While we do occasionally advertise in local printed publications, we find that advertising on the web is the most cost effective, fastest, up-to-date medium, and reaches the greatest number of potential renters. In fact, according to the National Association of Realtors, 98% of Renters use the Internet to search for a new home. Ibero Real Estate showcases all of our listings on Realtor.com, the top site for prospects.

We also include our listings in the online editions of local newspapers, including the Palm Beach Post. Our company website, Iberopropertymgmt.com, is a state of the art site allowing buyers to search for properties throughout the state. We utilize Google Optimization to insure that our site is listed on the top of any real estate related searches. Other sites we advertise with include, but are not limited to: Trulia, AOL Real Estate, Zillow, Frontdoor by HGTV, Yahoo Real Estate, Google Base, Homes.com, Homes & Land Magazine, HotPads, Local.com, Lycos, and Military.com. We take advantage of the popular Social Networking sites, such as Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter, to give our company even more exposure. Social Networking allows us to provide potential buyers and cooperating agents with relevant industry information and legal updates, while also making them aware of our newest listings or open houses.

Ibero Real Estate has a multi-lingual and multi-national roster of agents. Our agents are involved in their communities, advertising in local publications in their native language and working with different cultural institutions.
